Fabric Remnant: #187 Blue Velvet with Chunky Sequin Applique

Fabric leftover from a long-ago project that we no longer need but would like to see go to someone who can use it. Stretch velvet with multiple layers of sequins in a chunky clustered texture. Slightly irregular shape. NOTE: This fabric can bleed blue when wet, so be careful to keep the fabric dry to avoid color transference onto other materials.
