Fabric Remnant: #37 Fluorescent Orange Spandex w/ Silver dots

Fabric leftover from a long-ago project that we no longer need but would like to see go to someone who can use it. Stretch fabric, Glitter dots are not dimensional on the smooth spandex texture, and they are small enough to provide a 'wet look' shine on the fabric.
